Oscar comes with 23 years of all facets within the surface preparation and coatings industry. With current certifications, in-depth training, and past projects as a skilled Journeyman Painter/Sandblaster, he comes with the skillsets needed to work with the crews to get the job done... not simply manage out of a book/technical publication.
